This edition is present in a star metalpak with a matte background and some glossy detailing for the front cover logo/symbol.
The artwork seems to be the same in every country (pretty much) but it's still very nicely done. And the Doomsday logo has even been slightly embossed for the front cover design.
Another note about this case is that it's a black (!) metalpak and not the more common transparent design.
The swedish release of Doomsday is a single disc like pretty much all the other on the market. It includes all the extras of the R1 edition but misses out on the Audio Commentary in favor of an English DTS 5.1 track (so far this release seems to be the only version to include English DTS).
Personally I was expecting more than this and without the commentary the extras feel pretty slim.
Furthermore; extra features seem pretty much the same for all regions but a true fan should know that the 2 disc Thailand edition includes 2 short featurettes not found anywhere else at this point.
The barcode and typical back cover specs only appear on a red sticker on the OUTSIDE of the original plastic seal (see image #4)
